A.C.T. Self Defense Class 101
Teens and Adults
Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Our Self Defense Classes provide basic self-defense skills, ground-fighting skills, and stand-up fighting capabilities based on A.C.T. (Stallard’s Advanced Combative Tactics method). Modified for all skill levels. Practice is based on real-life experiences and endurance enhanced drills. This Self Defense Class develops self-confidence and a basic practical plan of self-defense.
